The Maryland Private Golf Club Conference (MPGCC) is a nonprofit interclub association dedicated to the spirit of competitive golf in the Four-Ball Match Play format. As such, Conference Members shall strive to promote and preserve the integrity of the game by adhering strictlyto the USGA Rules of Golf and the USGA Handicap System.
